About Us

CWP Entertainment Management promotes the work of emerging filmmakers. Founded during the pandemic, within six months of forming CWP, the team secured worldwide distribution deals for feature films and represents award-winning screenplay writers and filmmakers.

Cynthia Fritts Stillwell is a theatrical and film producer and casting director (Selma, Fried Green Tomatoes), who has helped writers of screenplays, episodic television and plays develop and launch successful projects. Cynthia’s mission is to work with gifted writers, encouraging and enabling them to produce their stories and share them with the world. She considers herself fortunate to have developed–not only unknown writers into household names–but also to have cast talented actors into top levels of employment and recognition. 

Winston G. Williams, a visionary entrepreneur, is the founder of PS Focus, LLC, a management and consulting company providing solutions which allow entrepreneurs to focus on their core services. He also established Silver Box Publishing, dedicated to assisting individuals tell their stories. In 2013, Winston founded the Capital City Black Film Festival to provide emerging and established independent filmmakers from around the world an opportunity to showcase their work in Austin, Texas. 

Philip Spartis worked on Wall Street for over 30 years and managed a portfolio in excess of $10B with a staff of 15. With his concurrent love of the arts, Philip studied theater and acting. That, along with his finance experience, well positioned him to become an artist’s advocate with deep knowledge of the commercial aspect of talent management. Philip is the managing partner of the CWP Entertainment Management team. Within six months of forming CWP, the team has signed worldwide distribution deals for feature films.
